What we keep, and who else sees it
You gave us an email address so we can tell you when Allset opens. This is everything that happens to it.
- What we keep
- Your email address; the page you arrived from and the time you joined; and the user-agent string your browser sends, which is how automated signups are spotted. Your IP address is checked in memory for the same reason and is not stored.
- What it is for
- One email the day Allset opens, and a confirmation now so you know the form worked. Nothing else goes to this list. The lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Who else sees it
- Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) is our email provider: the list is stored there and both messages are sent through it. That is the only place your address goes. We do not sell addresses and we do not pass them to anyone else’s marketing.
- How long we keep it
- Until the launch email has gone out, and no more than six months after that. Then the list is deleted.
- Coming off it
- Reply “remove” to either email, or write to support@itsallset.app, and we delete your entry. No account needed — there is not one to make yet.
- Who is asking
- Aventrec Ltd, company number 17395020, 29 Ashley Close, Kingswinford DY6 9SX, United Kingdom. The Allset app keeps its own privacy notice for what the app itself records once you have an account.
