The paid plan is the one a cleaning business subscribes to, and it is paid on the web, never as an in-app purchase.
Does Allset find me a cleaner?
No, and that is deliberate. Allset is not a marketplace — you invite the cleaner you already use and trust, and they get a free account.
Which booking calendars does it read?

What does my cleaner see?
