Run the whole operation from one calendar

Employees, clients and properties on one system: bookings become cleans, cleans fill the rota, and every finished job leaves the client its proof — photographs, checklist, timestamps.

FORTY PROPERTIES, ONE VIEW

The whiteboard does not scale. The calendar does

Every new client adds a calendar, a key story and a cleaner who needs to know — and the coordination grows faster than the revenue.

Allset turns each client's booking calendar into assigned cleans on your rota. Employees see their own jobs with the right brief; clients see proof instead of calling to ask; and the change log settles who-knew-what without a meeting.

From client booking to client proof

One clean through your operation — nobody retyping, nobody relaying.

  • Client bookings arrive on their own

Each client's Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or iCal feed lands in your workspace — every checkout surfaces as work to schedule.

  • Cleans fill the rota

Assign each clean to an employee. Everyone sees their own day, with the right property brief attached to every job.

Checklists, photos and hours on every job — consistent across every employee, tracked without paperwork.

  • The client gets the report

Photographs, the ticked checklist and timestamps per clean — the record an invoice rests on, ready the moment the work ends.

WHAT YOU GET

An operations system, not another chat thread

The pieces a cleaning business runs on — connected, so information stops living in someone's head.

  • An open-plan kitchen and sitting room in a serviced apartment

    Clients and properties

Every client, every property, every brief — one workspace your whole team draws from.

  • The rota

Build the day per employee. Each person sees their own jobs — and only their own.

  • Hours without timesheets

Start and finish recorded on every job, kept with the work itself.

  • Briefs that scale

Write a property's standards once; every employee cleans to the same brief.

  • Consumables tracked

What was used, in what quantity, at which property — recorded on the clean.

  • A whitewashed villa with a terracotta roof above a pool

    Proof your clients see

Photographs and timestamped checklists per clean — fewer check-up calls, stronger invoices.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

Your office is a van. Allset knows

The team is in stairwells and basements all day. The system has to work where they are, not where the desk is.

  • A dropped signal loses nothing — work is saved on each phone first
  • Photo proof on every clean, kept with the client's property

From spreadsheet to system

Five steps — and nothing stops you moving a single client first, then the rest once it holds.

  1. Create your workspace

Free, in the browser, no card. This is the account your business runs on.

  2. Add your team

Every employee gets a free account, their own login and only their own jobs.

  3. Add clients and properties

Each property carries its brief — access, standards, what that client cares about.

  4. Connect client calendars

Their bookings flow in by iCal; checkouts surface as cleans to schedule.

  5. Build the rota, share the proof

Assign the day, and every finished clean has its report waiting for the client.

Frequently asked questions

What does Allset cost a cleaning business?

Your first property is free, and every employee account is free however many you add. Past the first property it is priced by how many properties are active, billed monthly or yearly and paid on the web — never as an in-app purchase. Your clients never pay a penny. Start with one real client and see the loop hold.

Can employees see each other's jobs?

No. Each employee sees the jobs assigned to them, with the brief for that property — and nothing else.

How do client calendars get in?

By iCal link — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and most booking systems publish one. Each client's checkouts surface as cleans automatically.

What do clients actually see?

The record of cleans at their own properties: who cleaned, when, what was ticked, what was used and the photographs — not your internal rota.

Does it track hours?

Yes — start and finish per employee per job, recorded with the clean itself rather than a separate timesheet.

Do we all need the same phones?

No — Allset runs in the browser on any phone or computer, and installs to the home screen like an app.
