Your cleaner, not a stranger

Allset never sends anyone to your door. You invite the cleaner you already trust with your keys — they get a free account, the brief for your property, and a calendar that keeps itself up to date.

BOTH SIDES ARE REAL USERS

Your cleaner is not an email address — stop treating them like one

Most tools either sell you a stranger or reduce your own cleaner to a read-only inbox that receives forwarded calendars.

Allset makes both halves of the turnover real users. Your cleaner signs in, sees their jobs with your brief attached, works the checklist and leaves photographs — the same clean, seen from both sides, with nobody forwarding anything.

From invitation to shared work

What the handover looks like — once, and then never again.

  • You invite your cleaner

One email from inside Allset. It carries your workspace name and a link — no app-store hunt, no setup call.

  • They join free

Nothing for you to pay, and nothing for them to set up. They sign in on any phone's browser and your properties are waiting.

  • The property explains itself

Access, alarm, what matters room by room — attached to every clean at that property, not re-explained per visit.

Run the calendar sync and each checkout it brings in lands as a job on their calendar — brief already attached.

WHAT THE HANDOVER CARRIES

Everything they need, nothing to forward

The point of inviting your cleaner is what stops being your job the day they accept.

  • A cleaner mopping the floor of a bright apartment

    A free account to join

Not a trial. You never pay for Allset as an owner, and your cleaner starts free — that is the deal.

  • Their own calendar

Your checkouts arrive as their jobs — the right day, the right property, no forwarding.

  • The brief, attached

Codes, keys, standards per room — written once by you, in their pocket at every clean.

  • One calendar, both of you

You read the same calendar your cleaner does — nobody works from screenshots or forwarded texts.

  • Many hosts, one list

Your cleaner can work with every host they clean for — all of it lands on one list.

  • A tidied corner of a living room with an armchair in morning light

    Proof flows back

Their ticked checklist and photographs come back to you on every clean, timestamped.

NOT A MARKETPLACE

We will never send a stranger to your door

Allset has no pool of cleaners to sell you. The trust between you and your cleaner is the asset — the product just stops it leaking through texts and screenshots.

Join the waitlist
  • Free for you as an owner — always, not a trial
  • A dropped signal loses nothing they record — it is saved on their phone first
  • Their photographs become your proof, attached to every clean
  • A change log both of you see and neither can quietly rewrite

One invitation, then it holds

Five steps — the brief and the invitation are yours, the rest is theirs.

  1. Write the brief

Access, alarm, what a good turnover looks like at your place — once.

  2. Send the invitation

From inside Allset, by email, to the cleaner you already use.

  3. They accept free

Any phone's browser, no card, and your properties are waiting.

  4. Sync, and jobs appear

Each checkout the sync brings in lands on their calendar with the brief attached.

  5. Proof comes back

Checklist, photographs and timestamps on every clean — without asking.

Frequently asked questions

Does Allset provide cleaners?

No — deliberately. Allset is not a marketplace and has no cleaner pool. You invite the person you already trust, and the product makes the coordination disappear.

What does it cost my cleaner?

Nothing for you — owners and hosts never pay for Allset. Your cleaner starts free too; if they go on to run cleaning for several places of their own, that is a business account and it is priced by how many properties are active.

What exactly does my cleaner see?

Only what you give them: their jobs at your properties, each with its brief. The rest of your workspace stays yours.

Can my cleaner work for other hosts too?

Yes, with as many as they like — every host's jobs land on the one list. That is a feature, not a leak: each host sees only their own properties.

What if my cleaner is not technical?

If they can open an email and tap a link, they are in. It runs in the browser on any phone, and installs to the home screen so it opens like an app.

Can I invite a cleaning business instead of one cleaner?

Yes. A business accepts the same way, and runs your properties through their own rota — you still see every clean and its proof.
